I'm a bit disappointed, but I'm very glad you're broadening your horizon!

The Video is a little long, but the Game itself looks like at least a somewhat decent Start, and it's good to go at Creating on your own rather than to use Materials from others (unless you have Collaborators, of course). I realise this is more than a Month old, but it's not bad to drop Encouragement here and there, I don't think.

I hope Things are going well for you.

I've actually chosen to upgrade the engine I'm using.
The game looks a lot more... modern, to say the least.

This game screams Secret of Mana :-) and Secret of Evermore, my 2 favorite games of all time! Id love to be on board somehow and make a contribution. Character Design or Pixel Art would be fine with me, altough I do hold a Game Design degree I lack a huge shiny portfolio...would love to hear from ya

Good to hear you haven't given up (the Journal was rather old, so I wasn't sure I would get a Reply to my original Comment, and I don't seem to be able to reply to your Reply...); I stumbled across your Page through the 'Team Up' Thing, on which I clicked mostly because I was curious. I hope what you're doing is going well?

Yah, we have a large portion of our team already in place and working.
However, programming the turn-based battle system from scratch has proven... difficult.
I have to really commend whoever programed these engines in the 90's.

As soon as I have some sort of prototype to show, I'll be sure to make a post about it on my journal.
So check every once in a while!

Sorry if this seems intrusive, or spammish, but how big a Team have you?

So far I have a group of 40 people.
This includes Artists, Animators, Programmers, Composers and Voice Actors.
